Description of problem:
Currently when I use my own SSL certificate for AMQP(RabbitMQ) then /etc/rabbitmq/rabbitmq.config have:
  {certfile,UNSET}
which produce error mesages in rabbitmq.
It would be nice to allow to set this value through answer file.

This bug is against a Version which has reached End of Life.
If it's still present in supported release (http://releases.openstack.org), please update Version and reopen.
