Summer, it looks as though this bug involves adding a description of the new 'Instance Count' field when creating an instance.

Slight correction: the original bug was about adding a "Start Instance" button to the actions menu on top of the Instances table, so that multiple shutdown Instances could be restarted at once.

This is a known issue for RHOS6, have asked Julie whether it should go into the Release Notes as a known issue. For now, we can wait to see whether it will be implemented for kilo.

Radek - there is a new option when launching instances to specify an instance count that requires a note in the table in 3.1.3 in the Instances and Images guide.

Users can also start multiple instances at once, and while this is a relatively simple action, it might be good for us to call out in a short procedure to help explain why it is useful. As per the above comments - one example is to boot multiple instances at the same time after maintenance.
