Description of problem:
There is a bug in JWS3.0 DR2 hibernate-dist.zip. The c3p0 connection pool is not working properly, causing NullPointerException in tomcat. (see attached log)

Additional info:
Its the same problem we had in EWS 2.1 (BZ ) which was solved to move to non-productisation c3p0-0.9.1.2.jar.
