Description of problem:
Unable to rename infrastructure repository

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.3.2.6

How reproducible:
Every time


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new repository (Infrastructure > Repositories > Configure > Add a new Repository)
2. Edit that repository, change its name, save

Actual results:
The edited repository retains its old name

Expected results:
The edit repository has its new name

Additional info:
This appears to be working correctly in recent ManageIQ builds
