Description of problem: on menu of nm-connection-editor when click add , appears one menu if you expand that menu drop box , kde complete freeze . with other gtk+ theme that see this problem. Somehow this is now fixed, with kde-4.14.4 (update-testing) or kde-4.14.3 in stable.
Sorry I test it with Adwaita gtk+ appearance with oxygen the issue still there. Reopen it .

Correction : with other gtk+ theme I don't see this problem
