I'm hesitant to update Erlang in F-20/F-21 to this version because despite of being labelled as a minor upgrade it introduces ABI-incompatible change in the driver interface. So it will require full rebuild of all dependent packages. Namely these ones:

couchdb
ejabberd
erlang-erlsyslog
erlang-esasl
erlang-esdl
erlang-js
wings
