   Need to track VM downtime information through the rhev-reports even though vm is running.

3. What is the nature and description of the request?  

    To collect the down time of the VMs through rhevm-reports.
      
4. Why does the customer need this? 

   Resource management in their rhev infrastructure. 
      
5. How would the customer like to achieve this? 

   Its also possible through rhevm Db query but customer want this though rhevm-reports.
