We added a warning in the Quartz section for 6.0.3 release [1]. 

Is this issue now fixed for 6.1 and can that warning be removed for 6.1 docs?

Yes. As I can see , this issue has been fixed in 6.1.

thanks Ryan. Fixed for 6.1 release. Since this bug is not assigned to me I will leave it as is.
