Description:

There is work being done in Horizon to support multivalues for single key in e.g. flavors extra specs:
https://blueprints.launchpad.net/horizon/+spec/metadata-widget-multivalue-selection

Unfortunately there is no way to determine which operator is suitable for given property (<all-in> or <or>).
This blueprint aims at this problem.
