power8-hdd-selection

Description of problem:
The P8 hardware has 12 drives in total. The attached screenshot shows how it looks when you select the 5th drive with the right arrow on the keyboard. The scollbar doesn't move even when you select the 6th drive and the blue selector then disappears completely.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Fedora-Server-DVD-ppc64-21.iso

How reproducible:
always

I'm going to lump these together since it appears to be an issue with all of our scrollable lists

Actually, I can do one better: this has already been fixed in F21, by removing the viewport between the TreeView and the ScrolledWindow.

Comment 3 David Shea 2015-02-18 17:58:19 UTC
Ugh, I was looking at the wrong thing, sorry. Yeah, keyboard navigation in the drive selection is still broken.

Comment 4 David Shea 2015-02-23 15:07:52 UTC
Further investigation shows it's totally the same thing as 1192155, and related to the way that gtk and glade handle adding viewports to scrolled windows. Setting it back to a duplicate. There's a link on 1192155 to the upstream glade issue.
