Created attachment 989021 [details] video illustrating the issue To reproduce: run the installer (I tested with the 2015-02-04 Rawhide Workstation nightly, you'll need to boot with enforcing=0), enter the time/date spoke, pick a spot on the timezone map, and just keep clicking it. With every single click, the pin moves. *Sometimes* the city that's selected changes, but not on every click. It usually stays in a relatively small area and flips between one or two cities, but sometimes it goes really nuts (in the video I think it jumps to Moncton once and Winnipeg once, both a timezone away from where I'm clicking).
This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 22 development cycle. Changing version to '22'. More information and reason for this action is here: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_Program_Management/HouseKeeping/Fedora22
Proposed a patch upstream. https://code.launchpad.net/~dshea/timezonemap/location-cycle/+merge/254831
