ipec auto --listcrls doesn't show CRLs as previous version.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use the configuration from https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=958969

Actual results:
nothing

Expected results:
CRLs showed

Additional info:
ipsec auto --listall show all info (CRLs also).

working version: libreswan-3.8-5.el7 (should be 3.8.x)
