This bug addresses additional edits to content in the proof-of-concept guide for Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform scheduled for the A1 release.

Steps in the interactive section now updated.

yup, updated. Also reworked the structure so that usage is obvious.

Last edits finished. Also:
* Reworked subtitle/abstract/intro to move intent from GSG to Packstack guide. 
* Restructured/moved 'remove' appendix up into a chapter.
* Moved 'prepare' chapter sections into 'requirements' chapter, and restructured.
