Description of problem:
Lists such as a project's language list reload if the filter Cancel button is pressed - even if the filter is empty.
It's not necessary.

How reproducible:
Easy always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to a project, version
2. On the languages list, press the magnifying glass
3. Press Cancel (no text entered in filter)

Actual results:
List reloads

Expected results:
No reload
