Test with macvtap backend, if test with netperf from guest to an external host by UDP_STREAM protocol w/o sndbuf=1048576, the host network will access mess, high packet lose rate.

Since can hit such issue with qemu-kvm-rhev component, clone this bug.

I reproduce such issue with qemu-kvm-rhev-2.1.2-23.el7.x86_64, and host/guest kernel-3.10.0-229.el7.x86_64
