Setup using the JBoss AS Maven plugin:
mvn -Psetup-rar jboss-as:add-resource - this step does not add the "java:/excel-file" resource-adapter

mvn install -Pcopy-files - requires org.apache.ant version (line 28)

The use of the jboss maven plugin has been removed and will no longer be used in the quickstart.
