Description of problem:
Can't find any versions of fail2ban 0.9.x or newer in el6 repos. Version does exist in el7 repos.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
0.9.1-2

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Check epel 6 repositories for desired version
2. 
3.

Actual results:
Older version found.

Expected results:
Newer version found.

Additional info:
The feature gap between 0.8.x and 0.9.x is pretty large and I feel that people running RHEL 6 based systems would benefit from these improvements.
