no error should be raised on installing/verifying packages

The build needs to be re-tagged, there was an issue with rpm.

Verified with:

sat6.1 beta snap6 compose2 (Satellite-6.1.0-RHEL-6-20150311.1).

I installed sat6 beta snap6 compose2 and didn't see the reported issue.

# rpm -qa | grep rubygem-foreman-redhat_access
ruby193-rubygem-foreman-redhat_access-0.0.9-1.el6_6sat.noarch

This bug is slated to be released with Satellite 6.1.
