Description of problem: It appears that ordering of button groups is irrelevant to the system, instead the button groups are displayed alphabetically. Verified fixed in 5.4.0.0.12 - 5.4.0.0.12.20150312013923_aa9b093. The ordering now correctly depends on the set order.
