Tested bug against two Satellite 6.0.8 applications running on RHEL 6.6 and RHEL 7.0, respectively. Test failed on both applications. Test procedure: 1. Go to Content → Lifecycle Environments 2. Create a new lifecycle environment by clicking on "New Environment Path" and proceeding through all provided forms. 3. Delete the just-created lifecycle environment by going to Content → Lifecycle Environments, selecting the just-created lifecycle environment and clicking "Remove Environment. 4. Go to Monitor → Tasks and observe the new task name.
Created attachment 990696 [details] Example task name.
I'm no longer able to reproduce this issue on any of the four satellites I'm using for testing purposes. This may be because the four satellites have been upgraded with newer package versions after the initial test was done.
