Adding foreman's layout helper broke parts of the UI because of overrides to the same methods in katello layout helper:

The two layout helpers should be able to exist side by side to avoid the need to duplicate helpers:

This is an older bug which has been reported upstream. We are not going to track this bug downstream. When the upstream issue is resolved, the next build will contain the fix. Thank you.
