Description of problem:

SSL broken on the server for agent messaging.  An integration hack used to preserve server.conf backwards compatability, is causing issues when passing SSL properties into python-gofer.

How reproducible:

Always.


Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Edit server.conf and configure for SSL and restart httpd.
2.  Note: SSL parameters not used when connecting to the broker and the broker rejects the connection.
3.

Actual results:

SSL problems.


Expected results:

Connected to the broker.

Fixed by enhancements in gofer 2.5.1.
