I have fixed it, on my system this is example, i just not want sending patch.

Description of problem:
libvirtd.socket can't be enabled

How reproducible:
# systemctl enable libvirtd.socket
The unit files have no [Install] section...

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open console as root
2. run # systemctl enable libvirtd.socket
3. Get error:
The unit files have no [Install] section...

Expected results:
Unit must be successful installed and have install section like libvirtd.service

Additional info:
Unit provided, and working good, if it started by hand, but it full useless without install section.
