Your package owns the directory /etc/bash_completion.d which is already owned by the "filesystem" package. Please remove it from %files.

... and also Rawhide and f22. I don't consider f21 as really important, but it would be nice to fix it at least in Rawhide and f22.

darcs-2.8.5-2.fc22 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 22.
