The Ceph public network was set to the PXE/Provisioning traffic type instead of the Storage traffic type. This caused incorrect Ceph storage traffic routing. This fix changes the traffic type to Storage, which places Ceph traffic on the right subnet.

Description of problem:
In RHEL-OSP6 installer, deploying Glance and Cinder with Ceph backend, under Advanced Configuration/Controller, the parameter Ceph Public Network is set to evaluate to
<%= @host.network_query.network_address_for_host('Provisioning/PXE') %>
this is wrong in many cases; it should be set to Storage network, as most times the PXE network is not where Ceph client traffic is desired.
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
rhel-osp-installer-0.5.5-2.el7ost.noarch
How reproducible:
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a Deployment with Ceph backed for Cinder and Glance
2. Check under Advanced Configuration/Controller
3. Can also check the yaml file of a controller, parameter: ceph_public_network
Actual results:
Expected results:
