Main Screen

Description of problem:
Screenruler doesnt show up in the Software Center, this could be because there is no AppData File.

I templated one and also filed a bug report upstream. But it would still be nice if it was included in the packaging already.

Still to do for the packager: Host the screenshots somewhere.

I provided an Appdata file and a screenshot of the main screen in action.

Thanks Samuel. I did some modifications to appdata file and pushed the update screenruler-0.96-4.fc23 now.
