The chapter "2.4. Installing the Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Manager" is confusing.

1) 2.4.1. Configuring an Offline Repository for Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Manager Installation
This chapter should probably come later, after explaining standard installation. 
Not as a very first option. It is confusing this way.

2) 2.4.3. Configuring the Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Manager
I could not find where we tell the user to run engine-setup command.
It should appear in a black box as the rest of the commands.
