You shouldn't need File::Find, Socket, or warnings::register BRs. These appear to be only used by scripts which aren't tested -- find.pl and finddepth.pl for File::Find, and syslog.pl for Socket and warnings::register. Suggestion: Follow English rules when sorting stuff. No review blockers, approving.
