Cleanup the python bindings and bring them at parity with the C
bindings

Currently there are some missing python bindings in libgfapi-python when compared with latest libgfapi.so exported apis.

Expected results:

Replica of apis in python bindings.

changing version to mainline in order to retire pre-release.
