Buttons on "Add New Host" page disappears after changing form back default values

Description of problem: ----------------------- On site for adding new host buttons "Add" and "Cancel" disappear after changing "Host platform" to some value and then back to default. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): ------------------------------------------------------------- 5.3.3.2.20150217120931_a465215 How reproducible: ----------------- Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to "Add New Host" page 2. Change "Host platform" to some value 3. Change "Host platform" back to default value Actual results: --------------- Buttons disappear Expected results: ----------------- Buttons persist Additional info:

The fact that you can't go back and select the default value again protects against this anyway in 5.5 Verified in 5.5.0.3-alpha1.2.20150929172214
