Description of problem:
When need an API to the get and set iSCSI initiator name of an iSCSI initiator on Fedora.

The API should be a high level API, the implementation should take care to perform the necessary platform tasks (service restarts if necessary).

This functionality has been introduced in Storaged 2.1.0.
