Available here: ftp://ftp.kde.org/pub/kde/unstable/kdeconnect/0.8/src/kdeconnect-kde-0.8.tar.xz The spec file needs some modifications (other than the version number). Hadn't had the chance to look into the details, yet.
%changelog * Sun Feb 22 2015 Rex Dieter <rdieter> 0.8-1 - KDE Connect 0.8 available (#1195011) - use %%{?_kde_runtime_requires} (instead of %%_kde4_version macro) builds underway
I don't think "CMake Error at cmake/DbusActivationMacros.cmake:29 (install): install FILES given no DESTINATION!" Is the result of that makro. I could try to have a look at it but it'll take at least a few days. (Ill, can't concentrate at all.)
Odd, a local build succeeded, may be a missing build dependency... I'll look closer.
Yep, DbusActivationMacros.cmake assumed that pkgconfig dbus-1.pc was present
