Create a docker image with glance, with local persistent 
storage, with the CDN plugin (when its ready).
Deploy as systemd service 
as part of setup and add to engine as a provider (like glance.ovirt.org is).

I'm trying using images from Kolla project without using docker-compose which is still not recommended for production environment.

.el7 support for engine currently planned for RHEV 4 so postponing
