Description Lalatendu Mohanty 2015-02-23 15:38:44 UTC
Description of problem:

There is no information about GlusterFS development workflow in the README file (in the root of glusterfs code).

Hence community members who only watches the github mirror assumes that GlusterFS uses the GitHub: Fork & pull model which is not correct.

We need to put the GlusterFS's development work flow in README.

README: Adding information about Gluster dev workflow

In the README.md (which is automatically rendered in
github) there is no information about GlusterFS
workflow. So community members send pull requests in
    github.

This patch will put the workflow information, so that
it would be easy for community members to know about
it by looking at GlusterFS's github mirror.
