Description of problem:

Please branch and build libpgf for EPEL7.  We need it (>=6.12.24) for digikam.  Thanks.

I can maintain it if you don't want to.

Also looks like 6.14.12 is out.

I checked in 6.14.12 into rawhide, but didn't build it.
