This is unfortunately contrary to the whole philosophy behind BPM. If a variable value should be changed, it should be changed via the BPMN2 instances. Changing the value of the variable while the process engine does *not* know about it leads to complications and problems -- not to mention, that, again, this is against the whole BPM philosophy. |
