This is the only place I could find that mentions remote commands, although there're probably other sections that describe scheduling actions in general?

Action Chaining is a major enhancement in Satellite 5.7, need documentation to cover usage of this functionality.

Yes, it was published - so some how this bug state wasn't updated from ON_QA.
