Description of problem:
Cannot click checkbox for an environment when trying to promote.  User can click text or anywhere else in the environment div, but the checkbox itself is nonresponsive.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Create a content view and add repos.
2.  Attempt to promote content to a new env; click the checkbox to try and and select the env.


Actual results:
Cannot click/toggle the checkbox!!
The workaround is to click the text, or somewhere else in the div for the env name.  but click the checkbox itself doesn't work

Expected results:
User can actually click the checkbox.

@eric it was both chrome and FF.

Raising this to high per QE discussion that usability issues (that might turn into customer calls) should have a raised profile.

This bug is slated to be released with Satellite 6.1.
