Description of problem:
Attempting to tab through the interface and scroll through add-ons with the arrow keys doesn't work. The current selection just goes out of sight with no scrolling.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Boot installer
2. Navigate through panes to software selection
3. Attempt to use keyboard to select add-ons

Actual results:
Window doesn't scroll and cursor disappears.

Expected results:
Window scrolls.
