Description of problem:
hammer_cli_discovery rpm should be installed automatically on sat61. package is available but so far we were installing it manually.

verified with:
Sat6.1 beta snap5

hammer_cli_foreman_discovery rpm installed automatically.

[root@dhcpxx-xx yum.repos.d]# rpm -qa | grep discovery
rubygem-hammer_cli_foreman_discovery-0.0.1.2-1.el7sat.noarch

This bug is slated to be released with Satellite 6.1.
