Describe the issue: When using the Teiid Connection importer with an SAP HANA datasource, the generated DDL causes a parsing error: "Unparsable table body constraint error" on row: INDEX string(1024) NOT NULL OPTIONS (NAMEINSOURCE '"INDEX"', NATIVE_TYPE 'NVARCHAR')

Suggestions for improvement: Correct parsing for the problem element.

Ported fix to 3.9.x-prod-ip6.2. Should be part of the ER2 build for DV 6.2.
