1196999 – Guest can list virtual subscriptions although host hasn't attach physical one

Description of problem:
Although host hasn't attach any physical subscription which can generate virtual subscriptions, it still can list virtual subscriptions on the guest. it hasn't this problem on Satellite-6.0.4-RHEL-7-20150216.0

1. Register rhel7.1 host and guest to satellite server
[root@hp-z220-05 ~]# subscription-manager register --username=admin --password=admin

2. Restart virt-who service
# systemctl restart virt-who
3. Make sure virt-who has send host/guest associate to satellite server

We need to confirm that the host/guest relationship is available. Just the run of virt-who is not confirmation.

I have taken this data and imported it into my local machine. I get the output above before the relationship is established, and the virtual pools do not show after the relationship is established.

Please retest [the original test data appears to be gone from the beaker machine] and leave the data available for review for at least a week.

Use the latest Satellite-6.1.0-RHEL-7-20150303.0 to do the same test as bug description. this bug still exit. 

Test env:
All satellite related components have installed on the same machine.
1. Satellite server: phenom-01.ml3.eng.bos.redhat.com(beaker machine), login to the webUI with admin/admin, ssh login it with root/xxoo2014; this machine has been kept for 99 hours.
2. Host: system: rhel7.1 server; IP:10.66.100.108; ssh login it with root/redhat
Guest: 
3. system: rhel6.5(KVM guest) server; IP: 10.66.100.231; ssh login it with          root/redhat

Test Step:
The same as this bug's description.

Test result:
The bug still exist. The same as this bug's description.

Please retest this scenario in a build that contains the fix for BZ1196996. There was a problem causing virt-who being unable to update facts on the libvirt system. If the fix to the other BZ works, please close this as duplicate (due to same root cause).

Do the same test as bug's description on the latest Satellite-6.1.0-RHEL-7-20150310.0, guest only show physical subscriptions when host hasn't attach any subscriptions.Therefore, close it as duplicate (as Tom's request, see comment 6)
