AFAIK the smooth scrolling is not supported on the Fedora 22 Firefox.

Actually what do you mean by "smooth scrolling"? Gtk3 smooth scrolling feature is still missing in FF (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=996678) I expect you have FF internal "smooth scrolling" option in Preferences -> Advanced -> General enabled, right? Can you try to disable it?
yes, 'smooth scrolling' in preferences. But I just did dnf update after a week or more, there was whole lot of updates, and Firefox for few hours is working perfectly fine. I'll close it now and reopen if this happens again.
