foreman version shows 1.6-develop on sat6.0.8

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
sat6.0.8

How reproducible:
[root@xyzabc ~]#  cat /usr/share/foreman/VERSION
1.6-develop

Actual results:
develop tag exists

Expected results:
"develop" tag needs to go 


Additional info:
for the next zstream this needs to be fixed.

not really worth fixing in a zstream as this will be resolved in 6.1, I'd vote CLOSED:WONTFIX
