Description of problem:
Enabling the foreman-plugin-default-hostgroup option in the installer:

katello-installer --verbose \
  "--enable-foreman-plugin-hooks" --enable-foreman-plugin-default-hostgroup --enable-foreman-plugin-discovery \

results in a fail installation:
