+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1198232 +++

Description of problem: augeas-libs-1.0.0-7.el6 was in RHEL 6.6, but has been updated to augeas-1.0.0-7.el6_6.1

This will cause errors if someone does a blanket update.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. yum update

Actual results:  Failure

Expected results: Success

verified that we indeed have the latest 1.0.0-7.el6_6.1 version of augeas
