Description of problem:

In it's current version of util-linux on RHEL7 blkid does not recognize xfs extenal log device.

Steps to Reproduce:

# mkfs.xfs -f -l logdev=/dev/sdb1,size=512m /dev/sda1
# blkid /dev/sdb1
<nothing>

while upstream version will get us
# blkid /dev/sdb1
/dev/sdb1: LOGUUID="fb6fee42-caf5-4089-bf9c-702f9b95c336" TYPE="xfs_external_log"

Looks like we need at least this upstream commit
