build rhev-hypervisor7-7.1-20150304.0 is delivered to QE, need to move this bug status to ON_QA.

Firstly, I have reproduced this issue on rhev-hypervisor7-7.1-20150213.0.iso.

Secondly, verified this bug on build from comment 3（rhev-hypervisor7-7.1-20150312.0.iso ovirt-node-3.2.1-11.el7.noarch）
$ md5sum rhev-hypervisor7-7.1-20150312.0.iso 
6ddb79b30cd86e30bf073ed08c803002  rhev-hypervisor7-7.1-20150312.0.iso

Test steps:
1. clean install rhevh 7.0 20150127 build successful.
2. setup network
3. set password to node for adding host via (RHEVH TUI ->RHEV-M tab)
4. upgrade rhevh 7.0 to rhevh 7.1 rhev-hypervisor7-7.1-20150312.0.iso by CDROM.
5. Add rhevh via rhevm portal.

node:
# ls -al
-rw-r-----.   1 root ssh_keys   1679 Mar 13 09:51 ssh_host_rsa_key

Result: 
Add RHEV-H via RHEV-M successful, and Host can be UP.
