Description of problem:
- When migrating database from Embedded/External PostgreSQL to External Oracle, there is missing Oracle driver path in /etc/sysconfig/tomcat6 because it's configuration is done later in installer.
- When migrating database from Embedded PostgreSQL to External Oracle, after migration, postgresql service is still starting when running rhn-satellite start.

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create dump
2. run spacewalk-setup --external-oracle --db-only
3. import dump
4. start satellite

Actual results:
will not work and postgresql92-postgresql is bound to starting script

Expected results:
works and will not start postgresql
