Description of problem:

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to distro-->trees
2. Click on 1 distro and then click one ID under distro trees
3. Select one Lab controller and input a duplicated URL to Add+

Actual results:
500 internal server error will shown.

Expected results:
It will show a warning message tell user can't add a duplicated URL.
